How to manage/ stop torturous thoughts?


We  think nearly 60 thousand thoughts consciously or unconsciously in 24 hours.When we think about any  special thought continuously and repeatedly, that  thought becomes torturous n compulsive ,
Here is the technique to to get out and break free from  compulsive thoughts.
It may be difficult in beginning to do this exercise,
 if you do it continuously, you will find good results..
