How did I make my first English short film?

How did I make my first English short film? 

I'm an English coach. I had  a dream to create English film with my students but I am lazy person.☺

 I was finding excuses that I stay in a very small town so I won't be able to find right cameraman, good writer , right supporters and right audience to make and show  my film. 

When I saw a short film "ahalya" by sujoy Ghosh I was motivated to create my short film . 

How did i get the idea ? 

I was delivering lecture at polytechnic College Bhuj during those days. I met a student whose name is Raj Joshi. he play guitar during valedictory session of my training program for English improvement for Polytechnic Engineering students. When he was playing guitar the idea stuck in my mind to create a movie around guitar. I went to Raj joshi and told him the idea. Then I invited him at personality development Academy. I also invited my two sons kushal and Kabir. I also called my nephew karan at my creative classroom. 

Then I called my past student Jaagubaa kesariya. We sat together. We did  some creative activities that stimulated us. I could build a character of  each person after that. Then I could  write a story line around each person .

Process of making film is very creative !  

How do  I make film? 

process :
1. I meet people who like me and I like them.
2. I invite them in my creative classroom.
3. We do brainstorming activity and creative activities.
4. These activities give me a fair idea of the personalities around me. I can observe the way they talk, walk, meet each other, smile, greed.
5. That inspire me to create a story and different characters. I give acting roles  according to their personalities.

The process of film making is  very creative. Students learn,enjoy and develop communication skills and  acting skills during the process of film making. 

Film making is a wonderful skill that good teachers must learn. You can make students confident at the same time you can teach them science ,English, maths by this process of creativity.

 The film that we created was shown to many school students teachers and creative audiences. The name of the film is "The Guitar"
