Centre for entrepreneurship development Gujarat has organized a wonderful training program for the Faculty of Engineering College Government Engineering College at beauty City Bhuj.
 This program was  "how to find out the true potential of engineering students?"  Many professors participated in the program and they shared their ideas on the subject.  The auditorium was great, and the enthusiasm was great.

મારી પહેલી ટુંકી ઈંગ્લીશ ફિલ્મ કઈ રીતે બની ?  હું એક ઈંગ્લીશ ભાષા  સર્જનાત્મકતાથી  શીખવનાર શિક્ષક છું. મને મારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે ઈંગ્લીશ ફિલ્મ બનાવવાનું સપનું હતું પણ તેમાં મારું આળસ મને આડે આવતું હતું. હું ફિલ્મ ન બનાવવાનાં કારણો શોધવા લાગ્યો. જેમકે હું એક નાનકડાં નગરમાં રહું છું. અહીં મને સારો કેમેરા  કેવી રીતે મળશે ? જો તે મળે તો મારી પાસેથી વધુ રૂપિયા લઇ લેશે. મને ડાયરેકશન કરતા આવડતું નથી. મુંબઈમાં સારા ડાયરેક્ટર ઘણા મોઘા છે.  જો હું ફિલ્મ બનવું તો જોશે કોણ ? અને અંગ્રેજી ફિલ્મ મારા શહેરમાં સમજશે કોણ.?  પણ જયારે મેં સુજોય ઘોષની " અહલ્યા"  જોઈ ત્યારે મારાથી ન રહેવાયું. મને થયું કે એક ફિલ્મ તો હું જરૂર બનાવીશ.   મને ફિલ્મની વાર્તા ક્યાંથી જડી ? હું થોડા સમય પહેલાં પોલીટેકનીક કોલેજમાં ઈંગ્લીશ બોલતા શિખવાડવાનું કામ કરતો હતો. આ કોર્સ પૂરો થયો ત્યારે અંતિમ દિવસે એક પાર્ટીનું આયોજન થયું હતું. આ પાર્ટીમાં રાજ જોષી નામનો સ્ટુડન્ટ સારું ગીટાર વગાડતો હતો અને તે જોઇને મને ગીટાર પર ફિલ્મ કરવાનો વિચાર આવ્યો. મેં તે વિચાર રાજ જોશીને કહ્યો. મેં બીજે દિવસે મારા બે દી

I have been using music, songs and drama as a teaching tools to teach English, science and technology. It has been a wonderful experience for last 10 years. British educator Macaulay had created education system that created clerks. it was very boring and dry. we abuse the system but  we use the same system unconsciously. How paradoxical!❤  I have seen many comments on Macaulay education system by great teachers but they follow the same system. no one breaks the monotony !☺        We,  in India have very powerful education system that is "Guru Shishya Parampara".  My Guru professor Rooshimumar  Pandya, advocated Guru Shishya Parampara teaching that is well known today as personal coaching.  I follow many methods of teaching one among them is teaching by music, song and drama. છોકરીઓ, કઈ કરિયરમાં વધુ સફળ અને સુખી થાય ? ( 61 કરિયરની યાદી)

મેં કચ્છના જાણીતા અખબારો,  ટી.વી. ચેનલોની મદદથી થોડા વર્ષો પહેલા  કરિયર  સેમિનારોનું આયોજન કર્યું હતું. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે કારકીર્દિની પસંદગી કેવી રીતે કરવી તે વિષય પર ઘણી છોકરીઓએ સેમિનારમાંના પ્રશ્નો પૂછ્યા, હું તેમને વિડિયો શેર કરવા માગું છું. અને તેમણે પુછેલા પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ ટૂંકમાં  આપીશ. નીચેનાં પ્રશ્નો સાંભળો અને જુવો.    દીક્ષીતા    નાઝનીન  ઋતુ આ છોકરીઓ, વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓ ખૂબ જ બુદ્ધિશાળી હતી  અને તેઓ તેમના જવાબ મેળવવા ઇચ્છતા હતી.  મેં  તેમને જવાબ આપવા માટે મારું શ્રેષ્ઠ પ્રયત્ન કર્યો .અહીં ,હું છોકરીઓ માટે કારકિર્દી પસંદગી માટે કેટલાક મહત્વના સિદ્ધાંતો શેર કરવા માંગુ છું. સાયન્સમાં એક આધુનિક સંશોધન છે જે કહે છે કે મહિલાઓમાં  મગજની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ , ડાબા મગજની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરતા જમણા મગજની પ્રવૃતિઓ  વધુ શક્તિશાળી છે તેથી  તેઓ જમણા મગજ આધારિત  કારકિર્દીને પસંદ કરે તે  સૌથી વધુ યોગ્ય છે, જે લોકોએ સ્ત્રીઓ અને પુરુષો  વચ્ચે   સાથે સ્પર્ધા કરવા માગે છે, અથવા આ બાબત વિષે જાણતા નથી તેઓ આ સિદ્ધાંતની  અવગણના કરે છે.હું જે શેર કરી રહ્યો છું તે વ
